Many apologies for not writing to you sooner. My husband's birthday party was a huge success, not least because of the lovely chocolate birthday cake you made for him. We had 85 for lunch that day and the next day nearly 40 and every bit was finished. I had one piece which was absolutely delicious, so like they say - " the proof of the pudding ......". Thank you so much for making everyone very happy, the birthday boy and the grandchildren most of all!
We shall certainly contact you if we have another celebration.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for Becci’s cake.
Everyone thought it was fabulous – not only did it look good it tasted delicious. Everyone commented on their first slice and they all wanted to take a slice home too! So it’s now all gone.
